
Yoga for Runners

A 90-minute workshop to help you increase strength, balance and posture and improve running performance.
An all-level yoga class designed specifically for runners and their strength and mobility needs. In this class, avid runners and certified yoga teachers Sarah + Lori will guide participants through postures that address areas of the body that are most overused, prone to injury, or weak for runners. Learn how to cross-train weak muscles and stretch and support tired ones. Develop greater flexibility, strength, breath awareness and mental focus. Open to all - no experience necessary. Yoga mat required.
