For the beginner yogi, we recommend Flow Basics or Cool Flow. We encourage you to let the teacher know you are new to yoga so they can best assist you. The more seasoned yogi can jump into a Vinyasa Flow or for something vigorous, a Power Flow, YogaSCULPT or YogaHIIT. New clients can take advantage of our ONE MONTH UNLIMITED INTRO for only $69 + HST.

Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. We recommend leggings and a tank top for women and a pair of shorts, or light sweatpants and tank or tee for men.

Bring a yoga mat or rent one of our BMATS for $2. Bring water for the class and make sure to stay after for complimentary oranges and tea.

Our rooms are kept at a comfortable temperature of approximately 70 degrees. We do not have mirrors in our studio spaces.

Yes, we love using music to help create mood and atmosphere in the class. We think you’ll like our playlists and we’ll even share them with you too!

In an effort to help you unplug and unwind we do not allow cell phones into our practice spaces. If you’re expecting an important call, give them our phone number (647.748.4569) and let the front desk know. We’re happy to come in and find you.

We have both women’s and men’s change rooms stocked with toiletries and self-care items. Only the women’s change room has a shower (with towels provided for $2). Sorry guys. We’re working on it.

If you’re new to Afterglow, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill in our waiver and get set up.

We allow a five minute grace period. After that, out of respect for others already practicing, we do not allow entry into the class. Many of our classes start with meditation or breath work. If you’re late you will be asked to wait until this part of the class is over before going in. If the class is full you will not be allowed entry.

We offer a number of pricing options including drop in, class pass packages and unlimited memberships. Cash, Visa, Mastercard and debit.

Yes, we recommend it as classes are sometimes busy. Also during very rare times when we need to cancel classes, we contact everyone signed up to let them know about the cancellation. If things, change and you can no longer make class, please cancel yourself out providing 4 hours notice to avoid the class cancellation fee.

The class cancellation fee is charged if a client cancels themselves out of a pre-booked class with less than 4 hours notice. For clients on class packs, the fee is the cost of the class. For unlimited members, the fee is $15 per missed class.

Once per year, you can place your Glow Monthly on hold for up to a 2 month period. Please provide 2 weeks notice in writing by email to place your membership on hold.

Please provide 2 weeks notice to cancel your Glow Monthly membership. There is a $25 administration fee for canceling your membership within the first 18 months.

There is no refund on class passes, memberships, workshops or trainings. Retail items in our glow shop can be returned within 2 weeks.
