A 4 week workshop to restore and reset from burnout, bringing balance back into your life through focus on nutrition, stress coping skills, sleep and hormones.
4 weekly 90 minute sessions (1x/week)
10 minutes self care (stretch, restorative, music, read, pull a card, use journal prompt)
15 mins group share
30 mins weekly lesson & discussion
10 mins goals and planning
15 mins restorative movement, meditation etc. close and tie in session lesson
