A xx-minute workshop teaching yoga fundamentals for people new to yoga or who want to deepen practice.

Whether you are a beginner or simply want to foster a beginner’s mind, this workshop will help you build a strong yoga practice from the ground up. Dive deep into several of the most popular and basic yoga postures including sun salutations A + B. Learn proper alignment and gain corrective techniques to support you in your practice.

What you’ll experience

  • Learn the basics of a vinyasa practice

  • Break down Sun Salutation A and B, learning proper alignment for key postures including Chaturanga, Upward Dog and Downward Dog.

  • Learn alignment principles and fundamentals to help decrease the risk of injury and increase confidence.

  • Get feedback on your own personal practice and leave with practical tips to support you after the workshop ends.
