What’s involved:

  • Take one class every day for 21 days. Choose from online or in-person.

  • Track your classes using this tracker sheet here. Post your progress on social media using #ag21days and/or use our sticker chart in studio. (yes! stickers are back 😊 🌺 ⭐)

  • Every day, get an inspiring self-love mantra or quote to repeat throughout the day or use as your meditation.

  • Complete all 21-days and get an Afterglow gift bag
