THE SHIFT is a 50-minute practice to free yourself through movement. Through energetic bursts of physical movement, visualizations and breath work you will challenge your body and free your heart, mind and soul. The shift guides students through 5 essential energetic and movement patterns (CENTRE, ACTIVATE, EXPAND, INTEGRATE, RELEASE) to regulate your nervous system, shift yourself past cultural shoulds and limiting inner narratives and shift into the full truth of who you are.
