Sal Sayeed played many sports and spent much of his free time playing sports and training in the gym. As a competitive basketball player and fitness enthusiast Sal was always encouraged by his father to develop both physically and mentally. Over time Sal became very involved in his yoga practice. Always with a passion to share and teach as a basketball coach, Sal completed a 200 hour YTT, a 40 hour Jock Yoga extension certification as well as a 40 hour Budokon Yoga certification. His training was completed in Tofino, BC with renowned Yogi, Eoin Finn, who is the founder of the Blissology Movement. Furthermore, his Jock Yoga Certification was completed in Downtown Toronto at Equinox Gyms with local Toronto Yogi, Michael DeCorte, founder of Jock Yoga as well being trained by Cameron Shayne founder of Budokon Yoga.
Sal currently plays basketball, boxes and lifts weights. It is Sal’s intention to create an experience that elevates both your practice and fitness in one yoga class.
