Ofelia Loret de Mola was born and raised in Mexico. At the age of 3, she fell in love with movement and has never stopped loving the freedom, creativity and fun of physical exploration. At 15, she moved to New York where she led her own dance company after completing a Master’s Degree in Choreography. In 2010, love brought her to Toronto and she now lives in the Beach with her family. Ofelia has been teaching since 2001 and holds a few certifications: 200 Hour YTT from Downward Dog Yoga Centre, Comprehensive 500 hr Pilates from BASI, Pilates Mat from Power Pilates, BootyBarre, and she is a Personal Trainer. She enjoys the diversity of teaching anything from privates to group classes for anyone from toddlers to seniors.
Ofelia continues to deepen her understanding of the way the body works through her own practice and from teaching different styles of movement. She also learns from every teacher she encounters, and from every student she has the pleasure of guiding. She encourages students to learn and choose what is best for each of them. She is passionate about her spiritual journey with all of the struggles and light bulb moments which she openly shares about in class.
