Julie Watson brings over 10 years of fitness, nutrition, and yoga training to her classes, and workshops. She fuses her positive attitude, and belief that anything is possible, to create dynamic, spirited classes with a focus on alignment. With her Northern California Yoga training, and her CAN-FIT-PRO Personal Trainer and Pre and Postnatal Specialist training, Julie brings a diverse repertoire of expertise to support each student. A long time goal of hers, she is over the moon to be co-owner of Afterglow in the Beaches, and offer clients a community space to grow learn and connect.
